Planned Giving
By joining the DISCOVERY SOCIETY and naming Boston Biomedical in your will or estate plans today, you will make a lasting commitment to basic research that will advance scientific knowledge and contribute to new treatments of disease.
When you write or review your will and estate plans, and once you have provided for the people you love, please consider including a planned gift to Boston Biomedical Research Institute for its ongoing efforts to prevent disease through innovative biomedical research.
Planned gifts can be made in different forms. You may consider making a bequest to Boston Biomedical.
Your bequest may include a specific sum of money, a percentage of your estate, a remainder after other beneficiaries have been designated, real estate in whole or in part, or other tangible personal property.
You may also choose to make a gift that would provide you with income for life, such as a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust. It is also possible to make Boston Biomedical a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan. You may wish to contact your attorney or financial advisor to discuss planned gifts you are considering.
If you make a planned gift to Boston Biomedical, we encourage you to let us know so that we can acknowledge your thoughtfulness and enroll you as a lifetime member of the Discovery Society.
