Transformation for CaCl2 Cells

1. Pipet 50ul CaCl2 competent cells and 1ul of DNA into a cold tube.
2. Place on ice for 20 minutes.
3. Heat @ 37C for 3 minutes.
4. Add 250ul of LB.
5. Shake for one hour
6. Plate on Carban. and Chloranphenicol plates
